Za 31 let p\u016fsoben\u00ed na \u010desk\u00e9m a slovensk\u00e9m trhu skupina prodala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 195 tis\u00edc voz\u016f. Sv\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm nab\u00edz\u00ed ve sv\u00fdch \u010dty\u0159ech prodejn\u00edch centrech v Praze a jednom v Brn\u011b a Karlov\u00fdch Varech, prodej automobil\u016f zna\u010dek \u2013 Audi, CUPRA, Ford, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Hyundai, SEAT, \u0160KODA, Opel, Volvo, Peugeot, Volkswagen a U\u017eitkov\u00e9 vozy Volkswagen. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 vlastn\u00ed dv\u011b pobo\u010dky v Bratislav\u011b na Slovensku, kde je prodej a servis zam\u011b\u0159en na vozy zna\u010dek BMW, Mazda, MINI a Mitsubishi. V sou\u010dasnosti je AutoPalace nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm prodejcem voz\u016f Ford, Hyundai, Mazda a Mitsubishi v \u010cR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-b29cf411 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none is-style-default\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/innovis2.rvltpreview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/auto-palace-1-1024x449.jpg \" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/innovis2.rvltpreview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/auto-palace-1-1024x449.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"uag-image-3021\" width=\"1024\" height=\"449\" title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Historie holandsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnost AutoBinck&nbsp;(kterou to cel\u00e9 za\u010dalo, je ale mnohem star\u0161\u00ed) je toti\u017e jednou z nejstar\u0161\u00edch firem na sv\u011bt\u011b zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se obchodem s automobily. Jej\u00ed historie za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 na po\u010d\u00e1tku&nbsp;20. stolet\u00ed, kdy nad\u0161en\u00fd motoristick\u00fd sportovec&nbsp;Walter Joachim Jochems, za\u010dal ve sv\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Auto Palace v Haagu prod\u00e1vat vozy Mercedes. V roce 1906 byla jeho firma Auto-Palace jen pouhou prodejn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed na haagsk\u00e9 adrese Laan van Meerdervoort 10. St\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed na adresu Houtweg 7 se v roce 1907 stalo za\u010d\u00e1tkem historie nejstar\u0161\u00edho dovozce aut v Nizozem\u00ed, s koncesemi i v tehdej\u0161\u00edch holandsk\u00fdch koloni\u00edch. Walter Joachim Jochems byl rovn\u011b\u017e velk\u00fdm sportovn\u00edm nad\u0161encem. Se sv\u00fdm 60-ko\u0148ov\u00fdm Mercedesem z\u00e1vodil a vyhr\u00e1val na mnoha sout\u011b\u017e\u00edch.&nbsp;V roce&nbsp;1908&nbsp;z\u00e1vodil tak\u00e9 na nov\u011b otev\u0159en\u00e9m okruhu v Brooklands u Lond\u00fdna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:29% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/innovis4.rvltpreview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/jan-culik.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3083 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/innovis4.rvltpreview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/jan-culik.jpg 200w, https:\/\/innovis4.rvltpreview.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/jan-culik-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><em><em>\u201eAuto Palace dlouhodob\u011b popt\u00e1val dodavatele vhodn\u00e9ho technologick\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem sb\u011bru dat o pohybu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f na jejich showroomech. Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee dlouhodob\u011b spolupracujeme na \u0159ad\u011b projekt\u016f, p\u0159i\u0161la \u0159e\u010d pr\u00e1v\u011b i na toto t\u00e9ma. C\u00edlem bylo zjistit a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b analyzovat model chov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f Showroomu v&nbsp;Praze Vyso\u010danech. V&nbsp;n\u00e1vaznosti na po\u017eadavky jsme navrhli 2-3 mo\u017en\u00e9 varianty \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ze kter\u00fdch d\u00e1vala nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed smysl ta, kter\u00e1 byla schopn\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edt pro monitoring pohybu st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kamerov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Tedy nebylo nutn\u00e9 nijak zasahovat do rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed kamer, dopl\u0148ovat je \u010di cokoli jin\u00e9ho. Proto jsme za\u010dali u nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch proces\u016f a postupn\u011b na nich stav\u011bli.<\/em> <em>Vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee na showroomu se do t\u00e9to chv\u00edle \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 data nesb\u00edrala, za\u010dali jsme vytv\u00e1\u0159et statistiku n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvnosti na hlavn\u00edm vstupu. Postupn\u011b jsme se posouvali do dal\u0161\u00edch prostor a v&nbsp;tuto chv\u00edli AP poskytujeme data o n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvnosti jednotliv\u00fdch segment\u016f showroomu (ojetiny\/nov\u00e1 vozidla). Sledujeme vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed recepce a vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed servisu. Co je ale podstatn\u00e9, kolik vozidel bylo prod\u00e1no, kolik z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f bylo osloveno apod. Zam\u011b\u0159ili jsme se tedy i na prostory, kter\u00e9 jsou ur\u010deny pr\u00e1v\u011b pro jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi kupci. Ne m\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou informac\u00ed je model samotn\u00e9ho procesu p\u0159\u00edjmu z\u00e1kazn\u00edka na servis. Kolik cest absolvuje se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem mezi jeho vozidlem a samotn\u00fdm servisem je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm pr\u00e1ce na vozidle. &nbsp;Tato a mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch informac\u00ed lze mezi sebou z\u00e1konit\u011b kombinovat a hledat odpov\u011bdi na ot\u00e1zky, na kter\u00e9 si v AP je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed p\u016fl rokem neum\u011bl nikdo odpov\u011bd\u011bt. V\u0161echna data, kter\u00e1 sb\u00edr\u00e1m, sb\u00edr\u00e1me jako podklad pro porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s&nbsp;daty z&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edch zdroj\u016f. Objedn\u00e1vky, pokladna, rezervace, pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 sch\u016fzky apod. Prob\u00edh\u00e1 komunikace o roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed dod\u00e1van\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed na dal\u0161\u00ed showroomy, co\u017e p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost srovn\u00e1n\u00ed z&nbsp;pohledu efektivity v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci pobo\u010dek AP.
